Welcome to KEDA, the ultimate destination for a unique one of kind of dancer! Dancing in Daytona for 20 years, our small class sizes and dynamic staff, all trained at college level, guarantee that students of all ages—from 2 to adult—master real dance techniques in an engaging environment. We empower each dancer to excel at their own pace, reaching their full potential. With a variety of performance opportunities through our Expressions Company and ETUDE Competition team, every dancer is poised to shine on stage and in life. Ms. Crystal Joy Draper
Meet Crystal J. Draper, the Owner and Director of Kinetic Expressions Dance Academy! With a passion for dance that ignited at just two years old Ms. Crystal has an impressive background, graduating as a dance major from the School for Creative and Performing Arts, in Cincinnati, OH and earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Shenandoah University in Winchester,VA. For 20 incredible years, Ms. Crystal has been inspiring students at KEDA in Daytona Beach, while also showcasing her as a principal dancer with the Surfscape Contemporary Dance Theater. As the Artistic Director and choreographer for the Expressions Company, she pours her heart into every performance. committed to uplifting the community through the arts, Ms. Crystal has recently launched the Purpose Academy of Fine Arts, a K-12 private school for the arts, expanding her mission to inspire even more dancers and performers!

We specialize in showcasing a variety of dance styles, from ballet to hip hop, while incorporating elements of stage acting. Our unique approach brings beloved movie favorites to life, transforming them into enchanting performances where the story is told through dance. Purpose Academy of Fine Arts is an innovative academic arts institution partnering with Kinetic Expressions Dance Academy in their 30,000sq. ft. facility! **When you reserve a place in our programs, that space is saved for your student. Spaces are allotted on a first pay, first reserved basis. We may refuse other students into our programs, based on your reservation. For this reason we follow a NO REFUND POLICY for any program affiliated with the Academy.**
